  • Same here. The animation doesn’t seem to work with Safari, I think it must be some bug after upgrading to the latest version of WordPress. I hope it can be solved soon. Thanks!

I am sure it is due to plugin conflicts and not browser or plugin problem. We tested it extensively with many themes including twenty sixteen theme and default plugins on several browsers and found it working.

Ok, I think I’ve found something relevant. I have a menu on my blog using jquery, specifically “jquery-2.2.3.min.js”; I have it for a long time and didn’t detect this behavior before until the upgrade to the latest version of WordPress, as I said.

If I delete the link to this <script> from the <header> the plugin works like a charm. Maybe other plugins that others have installed make use of this version of jquery and so the plugin works well in some blogs and not in others.

Any incompatibility with this version of jquery, maybe? I have no idea of this.

I hope it can be solved.

    Thanks!

WordPress 4.5.2 makes use of latest jquery compulsory and hence our plugin also uses the same. May be the other plugin which you said isn’t using the latest jquery and that is the reason of the conflict because 2 different versions exist then.
