Programmically resave custom settings page

    Obviously a crons not ideal – if theres anyway to hook into cache/transient updates that would be better.

    Actually, the approach I’m taking is to check on page load if the relationship fields are on the options table and if not check the podsrel table and if the related_item_ids are there then updating the options table. Hopefully bypassing pods won’t cause any issues?
