Programatically enable debug mode

Hi there,

We need working solution to programatically enable debug mode for logged out visitors.

So, when developer review website as logged-out visitor, GA will track that visits. We wish to avoid this by for example adding parameter excludeanalytics=yes to URL.

Is this possible to achieve?
