    Hi!

After installing the plugin and activating it, every time I edit and save a post or page, the plugin sends the following error:

    image: https://ibb.co/6r78qXv

    Program execution error! (Error:500)
    The program is not executable!

    Possible causes of the error

    • the program is faulty
    • cgi program has a wrong interpreter path
    • cgi program has wrong program code suffix (unix suffix is required)
    • php / cgi program has wrong file permissions
    • php / cgi program has wrong directory run permissions

    Webmaster info
The correct setting for run permissions is always chmod 711 or chmod 755

My webmaster checked the setting but the error comes from the plugin not fro mserver or wordpress.

    We use PHP 7.4!

Hope you have a good idea:)

    Thanks,

    Adam R.

    Hi @aribarics,

Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble here.

Our team is happy to help investigate things further. Can your webmaster help check any server-side logs for more details about what’s triggering the 500 error? That’ll be a big help.

Or if error logging isn’t enabled, here are some steps you can follow:

    1. Enable the WP Debug Log feature
    2. Try editing or saving a post again to log the errors
    3. Share with us what kind of errors are being logged

Is this something you can help us out with? Here’s a guide you can follow: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-find-and-access-wordpress-error-logs-step-by-step/

    Thank you!
