Progess bar Multi step form (with the percent already done)

    Thank you for the great plugin. I have installed the Multi Step Form. Of course you have that option, great.

    Also is there a progress bar, but I would be great to have a bar with the percent progress. Is that an option? Maybe with a CSS Code?
