• I have a difference in profit between the product page in the admin panel and what’s in the database.

On the product page the profit displayed is “Profit:?6,75”, in the database (postmeta) _alg_wc_cog_profit field is 2.968487.

On both cases the calculation is wrong, it should be 6.3855.

    Am I doing something wrong?

I have another instance where the profit shown is 3.96, the _alg_wc_cog_profit is 7.508 and the actual profit should be 3.6425.

For this case I changed the Cost and it updated the DB. Is there a way to tell the plugin to update the database or recalculate profit and update all 3 fields (_alg_wc_cog_profit, _alg_wc_cog_profit_percent and _alg_wc_cog_profit_margin) ?

LE: Seems the issue is with adding products and since the fields are only updated when the cost or price changes it stays wrong.

    Hi @calingrim ,

Let’s start with the easiest problem, the profit on the admin product page. Why do you say it’s wrong?

Can you please put here all the values (regular & sales prices, cost, and profit) from one product so we can understand together the issue? And please, tell us as well what are the WooCommerce tax settings, and what is the value from our option “Products >Get price method
