• Hi. Where does Booster pull its profit data from for order reports. I have display profits enabled and am using Cost of Goods with all fields completed. Also set supplier price in variations. No matter what, though, profit shows up as total amount of sales. Doesnt deduct for COG, extra expenses, etc. Please advise. Thanks

  • Hi again @jessdaddy,

Which “order reports” do you have in mind? Is it some if Booster’s reports from “WooCommerce > Settings > Booster > Emails & Misc. > Reports”? Also is this error happens for variable products only or for simple products also?

    Best regards,

Yes, “WooCommerce > Settings > Booster > Emails & Misc. > Reports”? It happens no matter what variation I use. The products are all variants. But I cant get it to diplay the correct profit no matter what. Which cost should I be using? I am using Booster COG.

    Hi @jessdaddy,

Yes, Booster’s “Cost of Goods” module is the module that is used to calculate profit data. As you are using variations – do you have “Count variations for variable products” checkbox enabled in “WooCommerce > Settings > Booster > Emails & Misc. > Reports” for your report?

Yes, have tried it both ways (enabled and disabled) Still the same, the profit amounts are completely wrong. Just displays the gross sales as the profit.

    Hi @jessdaddy,

That’s strange… I’m afraid I can’t figure it out unless I could login to your server. If that’s possible – please contact me on [email protected]

    Best regards,
    Tom
