    Hi!
Not registered visitors (guests) can see the overview of “All profiles” and read their info. Where can I set this to let only registered and approved users have access to this?

    Hello @gunivortus,

You may restrict the profile page to view only by registered users using the content restriction feature of the plugin. Edit the profile page in the dashboard and enable the option “apply custom access settings” and configure the option “Content Availability” and save it.

Or if you want to hide their info only in the About tab for guests on-site, you may configure the field’s privacy in the field settings. Please refer to the following steps to configure the field privacy :

    1) Log in to the WordPress dashboard and go to the ProfileGrid menu.

    2) All Groups will be listed here, then go to the group Fields for a group.

    3) Next you will see the list of fields for that group. You can edit, delete or add fields from here.

    4) Configure the option “Privacy” in field settings.

For more detail on content restriction feature, please visit the link: https://profilegrid.co/restrict-content-wordpress-site-ease/

Let us know if you require any further assistance.
