First, I see that you already opened a support ticket which I already answered and have copied my reply in that ticket here as well. In the future, if you could do one or the other, either submit a support ticket, or contact us on the forums, but not do both, that would be appreciated.
Below is my reply I sent to you via email as well. If you need us to look into this further and supply us with login credentials to your site, please reply to the support ticket email instead of replying to this message on the forums.
If you are finding that some listings are being listed to a second category on eBay and some are not when using the same listing profile, the issue likely lies on the edit product page in Woocommerce. You can provide information for your eBay listings on both the edit product page of each WC product, and the listing profile in WP-Lister. But, the edit product page settings will always over ride the listing profile settings as explained here: Listing profile vs edit product page – for the listings that were listed to 2 eBay categories on eBay, you should view the edit product pages in WC and check the eBay category settings there. If you see 2 eBay categories selected, remove one, then update the listing on WP-Lister’s “Listings” page.
If you don’t see 2 eBay categories selected on the edit product page, but revising the listing in WP-Lister then shows 2 categories on eBay again, please provide me with your dashboard URL, admin login credentials to your site, and a sample SKU to examine for you.
