ProfileGrid – profile picture not showing after upload

    Hi,

    If i try to upload a profile picture from a user that is not “admin”, when I click on “Crop & Save” nothing appens. If i check in Media i see the uploaded picture, but it doesn’t show on the profile.

    How can I solve this issue?

    Thank you for writing to us.

    It seems like the issue is due to conflict, where one of the existing plugins on the site could be conflicting with ProfileGrid. Could you please check it after deactivating all other plugins on the site, except for ProfileGrid? Then check if the issue is still there.

    In case the issue is resolved after deactivating all other plugins, you’ll have to find which plugin is conflicting with ProfileGrid and keep it deactivated. You can check this by activating the plugins one by one and recreating the issue in ProfileGrid with each activation.
