The plugin has stopped working on the front end after updating WordPress. For example, it allows me to sign in via the ProfileGrid short code we have on our website, but when I try to view my account page in ProfileGrid, it takes me back to the login page and an error says “Login required to view this page”. I am able to view other people’s profiles from our Member Directory page (created by using the ProfileGrid short code on a page), but several things in ProfileGrid are now broken. The short code for unread messages is also broken and doesn’t display a number at all. Something with the new WordPress seems to have broken your plugin. It refuses to view me as a logged in account holder. I have even checked user permissions on the backend. I have even disabled other plugins and no luck.

The only page that seems to work on the front end is the member directory page.

Is this a known issue currently? Any help is much appreciated.

    Current version of WordPress: 6.4.2
    Theme: Enfold
    ProfileGrid version: 5.7.3
