Profilegrid is disappointing

  • Been using the Bundle of Metagauss and their support for profilegrid is needing some serious help. The support tickets conversations go nowhere helpful. There is no phone support and their Pro support is below minimum standards.
    Don’t believe the advertising, especially on their website. Thought for sure this would be great, but for now it’s the least.
    As far as How to… (flowchart) and tutorials using profilegrid there is very little. Have fun trying to find them.
    Once they fix the issues and are able give better support Profilegrid has good potential.
