Profile widget problem

I am trying to set up a profile picture for the Graphy Profile widget. However, it does not allow me to upload a picture from my computer, but instead asks for a ‘profile image url’. Unfortunately I don’t understand what is required here, as I don’t have a url for a picture(??) Am I supposed to use something special here? A plugin of some kind?
