Profile updates don′t save

Already serched for this topic in forum but didn′t find a solution – When logged in, users can′t update their data, “update” button just turns grey after clicking and after a refresh all input data is deleted… Problem also happens when turning of all other plugins and switching to default wordpress theme. I also contacted the theme′s author (Enfold theme) but they suggested to contact the plugin′s author
