Profile Update doesn’t work at all

    I tried almost everything and looked and made search for hours to solve the profile update problem but in vain. the strange thing is .. when i try to upload profile image it was uploaded. but when i enter or edit profile details it doesn’t work at all. it doesn’t update anything. and i want to release my site. please tell me about all the possible solutions for this problem and thanks in advance… you can check the link to the profile page above to be sure. and i’m using default wordpress theme 22..

    Hi,

    This may be because of a plugin/theme conflict. Can you do a conflict test and see if the issue goes away? This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you are not sure: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?

    hi, i did the conflict test and it is still the same, after disabling it all, the problem is not solved yet. i tried from another browser to with another registered account and nothing changed. do you have any other solutions ? and thanks.. even the update button freeze after clicking on it and it doesn’t come up with any action.

    it seems that you don’t have time to answer or doesn’t know the solution. i will delete ultimate member now. thanks anyway.

    Hi @omarelghandour

    Sorry for the late response. I was done with the work yesterday. Have you tried disabling other plugins and then keep the UM active? Also, have you made any customization with the UM hooks or javascript?
