Yes that’s possible. Right now the only way to do so is by modifying the template files of the plugin. The file you need to edit is the template file profiles/navigation.php – please see the docs here on how to customize template files https://docs.wpusermanager.com/article/87-templates-customization

Once you’re ready, modify the navigation.php file and after line 24 ( see here https://github.com/WPUserManager/wp-user-manager/blob/master/templates/profiles/navigation.php#L24 ) you can add your own link like

<a href="url goes here">Tab name</a>
