Profile Tab is not hiding blank fields

So,

I have installed Profile Tabs in Ultimate Membership and have created a custom profile form too. I am using the shortcode in Profile Tab to display the details of members. I have added one primary organization and another secondary organization which is optional. If someone doesn’t fill the secondary organization field, the profile link is showing spac / blank in the page. How do I remove that blank. Or can someone tell me the code to write that if this specific meta-key has a value, only then this should be displayed otherwise it should be removed. Where do I add that code in some file or in Additional CSS. Please guide.
