As an admin i try to change the profile pictures of our members.
However, if I upload a picture it isn’t showed. The uploaded picture is in httpdocs/wp-content/upload/ultimatemember/86
But it only shows the default um-faicon-camera icon and not the uploaded picture. How can I solve this?

    Hello @ruuds

Can you navigate to wp-admin > ultimate member > Dashboard > User Cache and click on “Clear cache of {user_number} users” button.

    Hi Aswin,

I cleared the cache with the step you explained. After I did that, I stil get the message to clear the cache for 1 user. Is that ok? I tried to upload a photo but the problem is still the same.

    Yes it’s OK.
This user is your own login as Administrator after cache being refreshed.

How do you upload the Picture?

I go to the profile page of the user:
    https://harmonieunie.nl/profiel/ruudslaats/

After that I click on the icon and choose “upload photo”
Then I press the upload button
I then pick a jpg file. (I’ve tried it with several)
Then I crop the picture and click “apply”
I’m then back in the profile page of the user and the profile picture is still the default icon.

Yes, I already looked at it. The strange thing is when I activate the Profile cover photos, can upload a picture to that and it is shown. So, i guess, the problem isn’t related to the fact that I can’t upload pictures.

    @ruuds

You have the “Contact Form 7” Plugin active, deactivate this Plugin and try to upload the Profile Photo. This will test if you have a plugin conflict.

You have JavaScript errors from “Owl Carousel v2.1.6” Invalid or unexpected token

I found the solution! In settings, discussions, the avatar wasn’t checked!
