• This actually works with one serious bug.

    When you browse for the picture and select it, the image path is loaded into the text field but the image does not display in the picture area. This makes it seem that nothing has worked. You can try this over and over with the same result. However, when you click on the Update User button, then the picture is displayed. So the plugin works, but the display behavior makes you think that it is not working.

    I suggest an automatic update or screen refresh or what ever is needed to get the image to display immediately after selection.

    No way to display an image remotely stored on your machine until you upload the image. I could try and execute an AJAX request after an image is select, I suppose. Not sure I agree that most people don’t expect you have to click update or save for changes like that to take effect.

    Fair enough, Jake. Now that I understand how it works, I really have no problem with the widget. I was just a bit confused for a moment.

    Anyway, thank you for providing this essential addition to the standard WordPress configuration. It is greatly appreciated.
