Profile picture lost for Employees

    Hey!
    I’ve just updated the Moesia to the latest version, I think I was about 2 weeks behind or something, and I’ve noticed the pictures for Employees no longer show up. Check the site here. Under “Your performers”.

    I saw a similar post on the support forum talking about cache, I have no caching plugins, I’ve even tried restarting Apache to no avail.

    When looking at the page source I see the image tag has an empty source:
    <img class="employee-photo wow zoomInDown" src="" alt="Ceremco">
    I suppose that must be related to the problem. Do you have any idea what could be causing the issue?

    Not really sure what’s causing the issue at the moment. You’re the second person that reported it so I’m guessing it’s not a general issue.
    You just need to reselect your employee photos.

    I have the same problem on my site.

    Problem seems to occur with images I resized with wordpress before to link as image preview.

    Thank you Laurent. I uploaded a 500×500 picture that didn’t need resizing instead, and now the pictures do show.

    So, while this case is closed, I guess it’s more of a workaround than a solution.

    Anyway, thanks for the information, Vlad and Laurent!

    I’m having a similar problem. Employee pictures don’t show up either in the individual employee entries or on a page using the employee widget. I’ve tried with different sizes of image but no joy.

    Reselecting the images should do it. Anyway, we’ve already submitted an update to take another approach with this as it seems the way we did it in the last update is causing issues on some servers.
