Profile Pic – Only admin shows on index page

  • I have just installed the plug in Profile Pic and widget

    When i click a article the authors pic shows ok in the sidebar but,
    only admins profile pic shows on the index page, even if the latest post where written/posted by another user?

    1. is it possible to have the latest acticles author, profile, to show in the sidebar? if so how?

    2. Is it possible to only have the authors profile pic in the sidebar on articles, and NOT showing any profiles in the sidebar on the index page?
