Profile pic disappears

    The profile pic disappears from the Facebook feed in my sidebar regularly. When I clear the cache manually (Facebook -> Clear Cache), it comes back. Is this something on Facebook’s end?

    Hi @ccarmical,

    This happens when you change the account information of the page or profile owned by the page.

    Unfortunately, clearing the cache is the only way at the moment when it happens.

    We do have scheduling in place but it’s WP-Cron (different from system cron which is not always active).

    If your website does not get a lot of traffic then I would recommend replacing WP Cron with system cron. Your hosting will help you set this up.
