Profile photo no loading.

    No profile picture. No uploading buttons. No way possible to upload profile pic. Tried multiple themes. Same issue. Then I saw it’s a paid add on. To add a profile picture do I need to purchase that extension. That’s confusing as I thought this was a profile builder. It’s not a profile without a pic. You can troubleshoot my website. My website is freshly restarted. So there’s no reason to have issues. I have only stock plugins running. Tried. Profilegrid and everything loaded properly. I still can’t figure out how to add a simple profile pic and the shortcodes are not loading. The plugins are. But the shortcodes not. Tried a few. If anyone has suggestions I’m open. I can’t find nowhere to get support from this company besides the forum.

    Solved. Working perfectly. Upload buttons not appearing. Does it have something to do with meta data. Settings. Profile loaded perfectly. Everything functioning perfectly. Assistance on the uploading would be great. Overall. Worked out box. Once you create the forms. Everything looks good. A few free templates would have been beautiful but it’s good just to have a plugin that work. Tried a few and. Complete disappointment. Hope their customer service is better than the others. Overall. Solid product
