    Following pages no longer work once logged in user:

    Edit profile
    Change Password
    Lost password
    User logout

    I can share over support email, but not publicly here.

    But while fixing I also found another bug where the lost password javascript fails to load due to 403 forbidden access. It is coming from your plugin any reason why and how to fix it? It is not server related as I tried your plugin on a fresh install on another host to confirm. Seems to be another bug in the plugin.
