Profile Page Not Shoinwing Up After login

    Hi,

    I am using ultimate-member plugin for user registration, login and profile. I see demo and impressed. And started using this plugin. WordPress has default new user role set to Subscriber. When I register with this plugin, user is getting Subscriber role and community role as Member. After login, it is not showing up profile in page. It is showing other content like video categories but not profile related information like your demo profile page is showing up. Can you please advise what steps i need to follow to fix this issue.

    Hi,

    Have you changed any of the settings or created any news forms? If you have not made any changes to plugin then you may have a plugin/theme conflict. Can you do a conflict check and get back to us.

    Hi,

    I changes only few settings of the plugin like adding custom fields, width of the profile form to 1000px. When i look at preview of Profile form, it works.
    After login, it is showing categories in user page. Please help me.

    Please let me know how to share login info with you. If i share here, i think everybody will see my website admin login info. Please advise.

    Hi,

    I removed plugin and its files from WordPress Site and Installed again and just browsed my wordpress admin account https://talenttotal.com but no luck.
    I am using The7 Theme for my wordpress website. Is this theme not compatible with your plugin?

    WordPress default roles and your roles same or different ?

    It should work fine with that theme, UM roles are different than WP roles. Please sign up to forum and post URL to the problem or screenshot I am not even sure what the problem is ??
