Profile Page Just Showing Blank Nothingness

Can anyone help me with this please? Or shall I just find a better, alternative plugin?

1. You raised a support topic on Thursday for a free opensource and 100% supported by unpaid volunteers plugin. Cool! You are an opensource collaborator.
2. On Saturday you bumped your topic and that’s not cool.
3. Sunday (today) you left a review that frankly, reads like extortion. Paraphrasing, you were “thinking of purchasing”. That’s why I archived it.

Don’t do that, OK? Set your expectations appropriately. You are not anyone’s customer here and acting as if you received poor customer service here is wildly inappropriate.

But I am a potential customer! And you lack of response shows me that you don’t care. If this is how you treat potential customers, then that speaks volumes for your customer support overall.

Yes, I bumped my topic, because I was not getting a response. Your lack of response is not cool! Publicly chastising me, AS A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER, is not cool.

And my support ticket could have highlighted a potential bug with your current version. The fact that something is not working I would have thought you’d want to know, so you could investigate and remedy any such possible bugs.

That’s unfortunate. And does not matter one bit. Re-read what I wrote. You are not anyone’s customer here. At best you are an opensource collaborator, a free user of this plugin that the developer offered you out of the goodness of their heart. For free.

I have nothing to do with this plugin or any plugin on this site. I am a moderator for this whole site and your abuse came to my attention. And you were abusive as your reply shows.

You are taking out your frustration on someone who is informing you not to abuse this site.

I am not trying to make a sale or somehow convert you to a “customer”. I’m moderating these forums is all.

That makes this simpler then I suggest you remove this plugin and try something else. Since you will not be needing support I am closing this topic now.
