Hi, I am using the BuddyPress plugin and boss theme.
We are using badgeos also for badges and the profile page of the user is not working because he has received a badge after course completion. I have raised a support ticket with BuddyPress as well but they have confirmed issues are coming from badgeos plugin. If I disabled the badgeos plugin profile is working fine. Please resolve the issue.

    PFB the error.

    Hi @jatinagarwal ,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

The BadgeOS has recently removed the support of Credly integration from the plugin. This is because the Credly API services are no more available.

The above issue is coming on the Boss theme by the BuddyBoss because it’s using the old Credly code which is removed in version 3.6.9. Please create a support ticket with the BuddyBoss team so that they can fix the issue with their theme as well.

    Thanks,
    BadgeOS Support Team
