Profile not updating

  • My profile is not updating. I have tried a new username and tried to reset password as well as tried to update my profile image via gravatar. Nothing saves.

  • What “profile” are you referring to, please?

    Your www.remarpro.com profile? Usernames here cannot be changed, so I don’t see how you could have “tried a new username”.

    Hello! It’s my WordPress admin profile. I have a screenshot I can send? It’s when I go to “admin” and then profile pops up. I can fill in the blanks for like nickname etc but it doesn’t save. Also, my gravatar image is not updating. I tried to change my password earlier as well as I received notice that someone was trying to login into my account from a foreign country, it also would not update.

    Unfortunately, no.

    After you paste or upload your screenshot, you should see the shareable link as shown in my image below. Click the “Copy” icon (depicted with the red downward arrow) to copy the shareable link and paste it here.

    (Note that you don’t even need to create an account to do this, though creating an account doesn’t change anything: it merely allows you to delete the image later, should you wish to do so.)
