Profile menu showing double tabs

The profile page menu is showing everything twice “about about comments comments”, etc. Also, I tried to view a user’s profile page and it was blank other than the user name at the top. I have admin rights and user page content restrictions set to logged in users with roles of admin, member, subscriber, and a role I created.
