Profile menu not updating

    Hi!
    I have integrated via shortcode the profile form, where users can edit their details.
    I also added a e-mail field for the user to change their email. I made sure that I have already checked the “Allow user to edit their email” in the settings.

    But all changes i do to this correct form ID, happens, but it wont display the e-mail fields.

    Hi @rasmusbaekgaard,

    I see you have a caching plugin installed.
    Can you please exclude Ultimate member pages from the cache and see if this issue goes away. Please don’t forget to clear cache after you’ve excluded UM pages.

    Hi,
    I excluded both account/profile page and the other memberships pages. I cleared cache and minified files, and checked from private browser. The issue is still there.

    I also tried to duplicate the form, and input the new (uncached) shortcode, but still no e-mail field.

    Hopefully, the issue can be resolved,
