Thanks for writing in, and sorry for the delay. I just did a test according to the profile picture issue, but since there is no issue on our test environment. Could you Please deactivate all other plugins except User Registration and see if it works or not. If everything works fine then you can activate other plugins one after another and do test registrations at the same time. This will let you know the cause behind the error.
And regarding adding button on the account page, Since we haven’t a feature to do this, but you can do by editing the template of the account page and add the code for the button in that respective template. And regarding the third query, As per the current version of the plugin, we do not have this feature. However, we will surely think about it and maybe we will introduce this in the future. We will make sure to let you know once the feature is out there.
