    Hi @kathyeng07

Does this issue occur with a default WP theme such as 2020 and 2021?

Hi, thank you for your reply. Yes this is the default setting. Prior to my issue the form was viewing fine but I have must have changed a padding issue somewhere which has now created this new issue.

    Any help is appreciated.
    Thank you.

    Hi @kathyeng07

Did you turn on the customize settings in the Profile Form?

Please go to WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Forms > Edit a Profile > see “Customize this form?”.

Yes customise settings are on as I needed to amend the profile based on who registered as I have different 3 sets. I played in that space but cannot seem to get the profile image per the default layout. Are you able to share how the the default settings should look?
    Thank you again

Hi, I have just learned that my webpage appears to have the mobile customiser settings which is why my profile image is distorted between the header page. Are you able to help me correct this as I placed the default page back to default settings (created new form and made no further changes) yet page still appears the same. Thank you

    Hi @kathyeng07

Did you change the “Profile Area Max. Width (px)” and “Max. Width (px)” in the UM Profile Customize section?

What happens when add back the default values?
Profile Area Max. Width (px) = 600px
    Max. Width (px) = 1000px

hi, I have updated the settings to your suggestion and nothing has changed. I have since learned that it looks like my webpage has been optimised for mobile settings.. are you able to help me confirm this so I can change back. Thank you

Hi, hoping you can help me as I am very stuck. I have deleted all pages for Ultimate Member and reinstalled the plugin to get the default pages. my profile page is now looking good so you can close that issue… I cannot get my unique profile forms populating based on roles when i login as a different role as it keeps defaulting back to the default profile and now wont load at all.
I have checked everything and it all looks correct.
I do have other UM plugin extensions installed, could this be the issue?
Is there any paid support where someone can physically look at my setup as I cannot get past this step and need to move on to other things.
    Thank you.

My profile images are set to 80 x 80 but in responsive mode they get larger and jump up into the header, would I look in um-responsive.css, copy it to my child theme in correct folder structure to make edits?
