Hi, I have installed the plugin but the profile pictures are not displayed. On the website there is another plugin that generates random images as profile picture, so that those unregistered users can see a random image. However, when a logged in user uploads a custom image with Users WP, this is not displayed, the plugin image with random avatar image is still displayed.

With the Profile Builder plugin this does not happen, the image uploaded with it is prioritised over the random avatar image plugin. Can you provide a solution?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi, what’s the name of the plugin that generates random images as profile pictures? Without knowing this we cannot test and see why avatars uploaded via UsersWP are not prioritized.
    Thanks,

    Hi,

    The support answer was:

“That plugin is replacing the avatar image after the filter we have used so it’s taking priority over our code. You might use their code in your current theme and modify it as it has one file with all the required code”.

I sent a reply yesterday but still haven’t received a reply:

    “Hi Rhaul,?

Thank you but it sounds like a complex and bloat option taking in to account in that way the code will be present all around the platform  if no further modifications are made. Being a plugin it can be regulated easily with Assets CleanUp.

In addition, with Profile Builder it is possible to set a custom image while the other plugin works perfectly without needing to do hardcode. I would like to use Users WP… But it looks like it would need a lot of coding work to get it to work properly”.
