Profile Image

Hi, hello
First thanks for a very good free plugin. I installed today latest version and encounter a small problem. How can I add the profile pic on the registration form, so that it shows in member directory and account page?
I tried with field image upload on reg form, which works perfect when I add the same field also in profile page, but it shows only inside the tab, Not where it should be, also not visible in members list. I did not know what meta key to input in this image field, maybe thats the problem, but I think it would be very helpful if the profile pic would have a “ready to go” preset.
