Profile Header Menu not Displaying Correctly

    Hi there.

    When I click on the profile header menu, or the profile image, under the user page, the menu comes up like this for the profile header menu and when clicking on the image. When I click the gear icon or image again then it shows correctly like this.

    Is there a setting I need to change or why is is doing this?
