    Hey Folks,

Completely new to the Ultimate Member plug-in. I’m having some trouble getting my forms to sync to the profile I created.

When I originally installed the plugin, the default forms that are supposed to be there were never installed as this tutorial video suggests at 14:17: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AuAPvSmo3CQ

So, I created a new profile form, added the shortcode of my form to the users page and added the directory shortcode to the members page as the documentation suggests to do. My directory search items show up correctly. But, when I edit my test profiles, I cannot input any of the forms that I created in the form builder. Is there something I’m missing or is there a way to get the default forms to generate?

    Some background:

I created a test WordPress site to test this plugin on before trying to implement it on a client’s site. So, this site is completely unused with the exception of the plugin. If there any general setup items I need to address in order to get these fields to populate correctly, please do let me know. Thanks so much in advance!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @wh24bmo34,

Firstly, please make sure that you’ve assigned the correct User page in Ultimate member -> Settings -> General -> Pages.

Secondly, go to the Ultimate member -> Forms -> your profile form, copy your custom form shortcode and past it to your User page in Pages section.

    Regards.
