    Hi @diaz09,

Firstly, please make sure that you’ve filled in these fields because empty fields won’t be displayed.

Secondly, please check that you are not using unique profiles for different user roles and if you indeed using unique profiles for different user roles you should create profile forms for every user role.

This issue can be also caused by the cache so I suggest excluding Ultimate member pages from the cache and see if it helps.

    Regards.

    Hi @diaz09,

Do you have a gear icon with the edit profile option?
If you don’t see this icon, please check that “Can edit their profile?” is checked in Ultimate member -> User Roles -> your user role e.g. Member.

This issue can be also caused by some conflicts with your theme or other plugins.
Do a quick conflict test and see if this issue goes away.
Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Regards.
