[profile form] field editing visible only to admin, not the users.

Hello,
1) what i achieved is making a text field that the user cannot edit but can see it, while of course admin can edit the field.
2) i also managed to make the field edit invisible for both user and admin while editing the profile but visible on profile itself.
3) but i couldnt make the text field visible on the profile page and invisible on edit profile page to user BUT visible to admin.

I am sorry if the description is rather confusing but I hope I managed to describe my thoughts.
I basically try to make a field (in user profile), for admins to edit only, that wont confuse the user while he is editing his profile.

Could i ask you to share some tips and ideas?
