Profile form doesn’t save the data correctly! Very urgent!

Hi guys,
this problem is really really urgent! A whole company depends on that, so please answer me help me fix this!
I’m trying to find solutions for almost a week and I get rarely an answer from you, this is really careless.
When I create a new profile form and want to fill in a test person, the first 2 or 3 times it works and the information get saved and are shown correctly on the front page but after editing and saving the data in the form for the third or fourth time, it can’t get saved and nothing changes. The old data is shown on the front page. In addition some conditions are not working anymore.
Please help me fix this!!

Sorry that is not helpful to your situation directly but your question does not give a lot if detail to give an informed answer on here. Have the correct profile forms been setup on the right page, what fields are required, any conditionals….. the list goes on.
