    Hello,

In a custom profile form I set up, suddenly after a recent update, the radio buttons are not clickable and image upload buttons are invisible. These were previously working fine.

After disabling all plugins, the problems still persist.

I then used a troubleshooting plugin called “Health Check and Troubleshooting” which put the site into safe mode. When in safe mode, the problems are no longer present. One thing I noticed is that in safe mode, the theme I am using, which is “Hello Elementor” seems to also be deactivated by the troubleshooting plugin. However, I can’t be sure that the conflict is with the theme because I don’t know what else was deactivated by the troubleshooting plugin when in safe mode. Also, I absolutely cannot switch to a different theme, because using a different theme breaks my Elementor-coded website.

I also tried rolling back my version of Ultimate Member to Version 2.6.7 This also solves the problem, and this is where my site stands at the moment. However, I would like to be able to be running the most recent update of UM on my site.

Please let me know of there is anything I can do to resolve the issue.

    Thank you!

This sounds like this issue reported here.
Resaving the disabled fields in UM Forms Builder version 2.6.10 may help.

I resaved the disabled fields in version 2.6.10 as suggested and this appears to resolve the issue at the present time.

I noticed that in the disabled fields, “Is this field required” had been somehow changed to unchecked when I had previously set them to checked. Neither I nor anyone else changed this setting. Hopefully this information could help your developers when working on resolving this bug.

    Best,

    Paul
