Profile Fields/xProfile "Likes"

Hi, I am trying to setup a “linkedin” style website where members can select from pre-defined “skills” on their profile.

What I then want to happen is for each of those “skills” to have a “like” button next to them so potential employers can take filter down by skills, (using the “buddypress profile search” widget) then view a profile and see how many people have endorsed/recommended a certain skill for that member

Is this possible with this plugin?
