Profile fields not saving changes

When users attempt to update their profile information on my WordPress site, such as their bio or contact details, the changes don’t save. After clicking “Save Changes,” the fields revert to their previous values. How can I troubleshoot this issue and ensure that profile updates are successfully saved?
