Profile Field Options Not Displaying in Order

Is there a way to customize the order in which the custom profile fields display in the dropdown? Ive entered them in this order below however them seem to display based on the first number. You can see the disorganized display results at https://speakers.ignitemedicalco.com/test-speaker-directory/ under “speakers fee” dropdown

This is what is entered in custom profile field and how we would like it displayed

$300-$500 per hour
$500-$1,000 per hour
$1,000-$3,000 per hour
$3,000+ per hour
