Profile field not showing in view mode in ultimate member

    Hi
    I have created a profile form in Ultimate Member and one of my fields is a dropdown field with approximately 20 options, whereof the user must choose one.
    The dropdown and the options are visible in the edit mode, however when the user clicks “Update” and the page goes to view mode, the field disappears.
    How do I resolve this issue?
    Hope someone can help.

    Hi @sofietp

    Does your site have caching plugin or server module? If so, please try excluding UM Pages from the cache and see if the issue goes away.
