Profile field forms do not show in view mode.

    When I go to the profile page, the form fields do not show in VIEW mode. When I click on the gear icon, and then edit profile, they appear for editing. All the functionality works, except a user only sees a blank page and can only see the form by clicking the gear, edit profile.

    I have selected in each field, View Everywhere. Any ideas?

    I am using 2.0.54 – seems that this update has caused some issues.

  • I have a similar problem. Using 2.0.54. Updated data base with the result that profiles no longer show in view mode and do not appear for editing. However, database details show in metadata on the profile form. Everything looks ok.

    Hi @mckeem1 and @albo9655,

    Please go to the Ultimate member -> Settings -> General -> Pages and make sure that you’ve assigned correct registration page there.
    Please attach the screenshots of this issue.
    Do a quick conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with your theme or one of your plugins. Here is the doc on how to do conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Fixed this.
    On he update of the database the “Enable Profile Menu” became unchecked.
    Just checking it fixed it all.
    Go to Ultimate Member > Settings > Appearance > Profile Menu and check the box to turn on the Profile Menu.
