    It seems that in version 2.6.10 users are unable to update profile info. It does not give error, looks as though it has updated, but if you return to the profile, it is still the old info, nothing updated. Any ideas what is causing this?

    You could try to use the alpha version of 2.6.11 version of UM –?https://github.com/ultimatemember/ultimatemember/archive/refs/heads/develoment/2.6.11.zip.

    This version has fixes for form’s fields.

    Thank you, I did update to 2.6.11 but still had issue with updating profile. It looks like perhaps there may have been an issue on my site even prior to 2.6.9 that I did not notice, as I used the rollback and could not successfully update profile until I went back to version 2.6.6. Any ideas what may be the issue or where to start looking? Something apparently that wasn’t impacted until 2.6.7…

    Try to re-save in UM Version 2.6.11 all the UM Form Builder fields
    you have issues with when updating a Profile.

    Thank you for your suggestion. All fields were marked as editable, but I marked each one editable, saved, and then back to editable and saved. However, still does not actually update profile fields.

    I added a new form, but still doesn’t update. I did see another thread about making sure there are not 2 of the same field on the form and I went ahead and removed the bio field just to check that, but still no update.

    I do really appreciate your help!

    Could you create a staging site with only a fresh UM installation and check this issue on this new site?
