Profile didn't update

Hi,

Have you tried switching to default theme and disabling all other plugins? Have you used google inspector to check for any console errors after trying to update profile?

Do you get errors when you login or register as well? Like does the form get submitted? or you just get a refresh without any info filled?

Nope. No errors! Just everything goes well but no info is saved!

Today I’ll try disabling plugins and switching to the default theme and i’ll update the info! 10x

I am also facing the same issue. None of the fields are updated when using profile form. Either default one or new one, when I fill in the values and click update profile, it shows the field once and when I get back to the page again or refresh the page it simply disappears.

I think this is a bug in the UM. Please assist.

This is a conflict either in plugins or poorly coded theme/plugins (They are so many!) OR a hosting configuration issue. If you want the issue checked, post on our official support forum for help.
