Profile description is invalid

    We are randomly getting profile “description is invalid” during Paypal checkout. It doesn’t happen for all users. I was almost thinking it was regional. I checked our Site title, Site Description, and membership levels have no special characters

    It sounds like you’ve worked through our documentation already, and this is also okay to post here as this functionality is part of the www.remarpro.com version.

    We would need more information regarding this issue to investigate it further, did it recently start happening since an update or was anything activated/updated recently before noticing the error?

    I haven’t been able to replicate this issue on my end yet.
