Profile class completed count not correct.

  • 3 classes passed, but first class is still listed as in progress.

    Site is up to date… several users if not all are seeing this issue.

    Hi,

    If the user did not click the finish course button the status of that student still is the progress even though there are enough conditions to finish the course.

    I understand what you’re saying but all three classes are listed as “complete” and also listed as “passed”.

    I did have the class marked so that you could take it again if need be so when you go into your profile and open the class there was a retake test button. I removed that ability so now the button is simply a label saying passed. Either way, how would a user go back and mark that box?

    Trying all I can think of… looks complete to me. Even when I try to retake a quiz, it says – You can not redo a quiz in a finished course.

    If a course is finished you can’t retake the quiz -> this function work correctly.

    We don’t know why because we can’t check the database for you but can you enable debug log?
