Profile cards

Hi,
I would like to ask you if you could help me out a bit with links on profile cards (members page).
If you check this image: https://prntscr.com/9povc2, you will notice how I marked areas where one can ‘click’ on. These areas lead to user profiles
eg. https://example.com/user/username/
I would like that ‘click’ to lead to authors page to that user’s posts. Like this:
https://example.com/author/username/Is there an option for this in backend and I’ve missed it somehow, or this should be changed in .php file, and if so, could you be kind and point me where or send me snippet screenshot.
